Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Print-on-demand items (canvases, prints, mugs, apparel, and other Gelato products) may require additional production time of 2–5 business days before dispatch.
United Kingdom Standard delivery is available across the UK. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days from dispatch.
European Union We ship to all EU countries. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days from dispatch.
- Orders under £50 — £7.99 shipping
- Orders £50 and over — Free standard shipping
Rest of World International orders are shipped at £14.99 and typically arrive within 10–20 business days from dispatch.
Tracking Where available, tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
Customs & Duties International and EU orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
